7536d7fb49 Initial commit: ShortGenerator project setup 
- Add shorts_generator.py and shorts_generator2.py (main scripts)
- Add README.md with project documentation
- Add requirements.txt with Python dependencies
- Add .gitignore to exclude video files and other unnecessary files
